I love Trupanion!!!
Trupanion is the best. Without them I would not have my Yorkie right now. His bills have been more than $15000. and not only have they paid them, but paid them immediately. They couldn't have notified me of the receipt of the invoices any faster than they have, and a check is received in very few days. Never a problem. I once wrote to them with a question and received an answer immediately. I have a deductible and I got to pick the amount I wanted, or none, it was up to me. My Yorkie has diabetes and cushing disease. He is only 7 years old. I am very thankful for Trupanion that he is still with me and also the hospital where they took such good care of him.

Trupanion is a must for any pet owner
We purchased Trupanion when we adopted our new family member with the hopes we would never have to use it. Unfortunately our loved one was recently diagnosed with lymphoma. Trupanion and the team has taken the financial stress away allowing us to focus all of our attention on our four legged family member. Working with our vet, Trupanion has been so helpful when filing claims and friendly staff provide words of encouragement. I will definitely recommend Trupanion to anyone that has a pet they want to insure for peace of mind and the health of their loved one(s).

I am so blessed to have heard about Trupanion in 2011. I tell everyone that I know and ones I don't know about them, we have not had one experience that was bad!!! Our son has recently purchased a Golden and has her pet insurance with Trupanion. I truly cannot say enough about them.

You don't know you need health insurance for your pet until an emergency strikes and you wish you had it. Trupanion was there for me along every step of the way when my kitten injured herself, and I cannot thank them enough!

Very Efficient
When my puppy broke his leg, all the representatives at Trupanion were extremely helpful and extremely efficient in processing the claim. The entire process took less than a week from submitting the claim to getting reimbursed! Would recommend to all pet lovers!

I really waivered at purchasing …
I really waivered at purchasing insurance for my young rescue kitty, but thank god I did. 2 years after coming home he was diagnosed with a rare immune disorder and the veterinary bills have been obscene. Trupanion has been exceptional about approving claims and reimbursing us promptly. It's such a relief to make healthcare decisions based on what's best for my pet and not the expense. I'd recommend Trupanion to anyone.

Trupanion saved our boxer Sawyer!
We purchased insurance for our boxer Sawyer when he was just a puppy. When you buy insurance you hope that you never need to use it. Our friends and family thought we were crazy to spend $50-60 a month on insurance for our dog. Our dog, Sawyer is part of our family and his health care was important to us. Just after his 7th birthday he started vomitting. After several tests over the course of a few weeks our vet discovered a tumor via ultra sound. We opted to do ahead with exploratory surgery to biopsy the tumor to see if it was cancer or not. We were told that the location was very close to the stomach and was a lot of risk to just do the biopsy and at that time it was unknown if the tumor could be removed or not. However we had a wonderful surgeon who was able to remove the tumor that day! It was cancer and he got ALL of it. Following surgery Sawyer's pancreas became inflamed and he needed to stay in hospital for 10 extra days. And after coming home he was on a feeding tube so we could get the proper nutrition in him to recover. It was a very stressful time. Having insurance took the added stress of money out of the equation so we could just focus on getting Sawyer better. Sawyer is home with us now and still has a long road of recovery. He's getting healthier every day! Thank you to all the great staff at our vet clinic who took such great care of him. And because of the wonderful people at trupanion for taking the time to call us during that stressful time to reassure us that the bills were covered and give us their support! Our pets will always have trupanion insurance. They are part of the family now. Thank you helping us save Sawyers life!

I am pleased to enter rave reviews for Trupanion. Our dog needed major surgery. We sent the vet's quote to Trupanion, they approved it, and once the surgery was done, the wired 90% of the cost into my checking account. Can't beat that for service and coverage. In addition, their representative was lovely -- sympathetic and pleasant. Best investment I have ever made relating to my pets!
