STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
They will take your money month after month and when your pet gets sick, they won't cover any of it. Paid 650$ for a vet visit (my dog had a cough) and got 0$ back because of some bogus loophole policy. Very upsetting. I'm switching to Trupanion as I've heard MUCH better things from their clients.

Overwhelming kindness
I purchased pet insurance in January. Sadly, on March 10 I had to unexpectedly and suddenly euthanize my oldest pup. When I went to cancel that policy they were very empathetic and offered the condolences. But that's not what gives them the 5 star rating. The next day I received a phone call from them again offering their heart felt condolences and a sadness for my loss. I was a consumer for less than 3 months and so impressed with this act of caring. Needless to say, I now have a new puppy and I immediately added her to my insurance policy

We recently lost our 12 year old black lab Misty and Pets Best reimbursed us for the final services including the cremation. Your claims service is always very prompt and the customer service team is always helpful and considerate. We will be in touch again for insurance when we adopt our next pet!
