Rep I spoke to was very professional and was able to give me a status of my claim; however, my call couldn't be resolved because of the ridiculously long backlog in claims processing.

It is difficult to correlate what I submit and what the EOB shows. Additionally, it is unclear to me as the submitter what needs a claim form with vet explanation and what does not.

The details of what is being paid are too vague. For example on bill had blood test and x-rays. The EOB bunch it all together. It was possible to know it was all paid by subtracting out what was not paid, but could be simpler
