Best investment ever!
My little Cujo had an in-grown eyelash. Her regular vet couldn't see it and performed two procedures. Ended up taking Cujo to animal eye specialist who immediately saw the problem and performed surgery to remove all eyelashes inside the eyelid..ewwww, along with the one that was rubbing her eye. Embrace covered all costs at 80% in a very timely manner. Bill was over $1,300.

Great Coverage, Customer Service
Healthy Paws has been an excellent value. Other pet insurance plans seem to have endless exceptions and lifetime maximums. I have been able to get my dog TPLO surgery, which would have been prohibitively expensive without it. The premium is reasonable and the turnaround on claims is very fast. Like any other pet insurance, pre-existing conditions are not covered and they do not cover the initial visit/consultation. Other than that, they really provide the best coverage and customer service I've experienced so far as a pet owner.

I love Healthy Paws pet insurance!
Healthy Paws pet insurance is amazing! Our boy kitty Jiva broke his tail and had it amputated. After it his tail healed he ate something that obstructed his bowels and had to have surgery. He stayed in the hospital for two nights. Healthy Paws covered the bulk of our bills after we met our deductible. We have the reimbursement of 80%. Without Healthy paws our bills would have been close to $5,000. They also have unlimited benefits! A few days later, I received an email from Tim at Healthy Paws asking how Jiva was doing. What an amazing, thoughtful and caring company. If you have pets I would highly recommend insurance from Healthy Paws. We are lucky our handsome boy kitty is doing okay. Natalie C.

My 9 1/2 year old boxer mix had an accident and needed his knee repaired I am so grateful I had this insurance that I was able to have his knee surgery. Going through the claim process working with customer service and being reimbursed has been an A+ experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Pets Plus Us pet insurnace
I have been breeding great danes for nearly 20 years. Because I am a registered breeder I have the opportunity to send my puppies to their new homes with 6 weeks of free insurance. It gives me a great deal of comfort knowing my puppies are covered by insurance and really appreciate Pets Plus Us following up and helping my puppy buyers to get the insurance. I tell them it is like wearing a seat belt, you may never need it, but when you do it sure is wonderful to have! I have dealt with another company that the CKC used to endorse, but Pets Plus Us has been better to work with and seem to appreciate breeders.

Claim review
Our Yellow Lab, Tucker was recently seen for an ear infection. I made a claim for the lab test and medication Tucker was give and like always Embrace covered the expenses. I can't say enough about this company, I have never had a problem, EVER! The representatives are alway polite and very helpful. I'm so glad we chose Embrace as our pet insurance company!

I am so grateful I signed up with Embrace. Unfortunately, in the past 6 months between our 3 dogs, we have had 2 major surgeries, a biopsy, and an eye issue that we still do not know the cause.

Excellent customer service
Their customer service is the bomb! I've had two dogs insured with them since 2013 and thankfully have only had wellness claims. I submitted a wellness claim recently for my mixed breed Frankie and there were 2 prescriptions put on the same claim. Embrace customer service walked me thru how to properly submit a wellness and health claim on the same form and exactly what was needed. Since I wasn't interested in claiming the prescriptions they kindly are processing just the wellness part of the claim. Saving me a lot of time and aggravation.
