Never wanted to use this. Lulu had 2 tumors removed and continues to receive medical care. Embrace has been there for Lulu, helping me not have to choose other options. Highly recommend this company.

The peace of mind this insurance gives us is priceless. It allows us to make veterinary decisions easily knowing we have this coverage to fall back on. Reimbursement is very quick once the claims are filed.The only thing that would make this service better was if the premiums were not tied to the age of the pet and did not increase annually.

Amazing service!
This is my first experience with pet insurance and it has been a most positive experience. My otherwise healthy dog has had to have two ACL surgeries recently and ASPCA has been prompt and helpful thoughtout the process. They reimburse me within days and call to check on my dog. They have been helpful to answer any question. Being able to present claims online is quite helpful. I am totally impressed and wish I had had this insurance for the life of my dog!

Healthy Paws is a lifesaver!
To any and all parents of any breed of pet. Hear what I'm telling you. Healthy Paws has saved our beautiful German Shepard mix from being put down before the age of 2. She is a rescue dog and the most beautiful spirit lives in this dog. She has had multiple leg surgeries and there is no way without this insurance that she would be living today. Healthy Paws has been there for her and our family as she continues to recuperate. As our beautiful Versace shows us unconditional love. Life Lesson learned: Get Trupanion!
I always think there is room for improvement, which is why I gave a 9 but honestly, in my case it really was more of a 10. I've had cats all my life, and have seen again and again high emergency or end of life medical bills that would have been covered if I only had insurance. So for my latest pair, I signed them both right up. With a higher deductible, the premiums are affordable. Five years go by, uneventfully. And then...! Deep in the middle of a snowstorm this year, one of my kitties needed an emergency procedure. We brought her in to the ER and paid in full via credit card, the hospital treated my kitty, filled out the insurance form and to my surprise a few weeks later we got a good amount back in the mail! Definitely a bonus from all of the times I've paid out of pocket and not been reimbursed a dime. So the moral of the story is take my advice, learn from my costly mistakes and sign up your pets for insurance as soon as you get them. We have it for ourselves, and we consider our pets family members. So, why wouldn't you cover them?
