Excellent Support when we needed it!
My beloved dog was diagnosed initially with a degenerative spinal cord requiring MRI's, consults, and physical therapy. More recently he suffered a complete ACL tear, again needing a MRI, a couple of consults and surgery. He is recovering nicely and Healthy Paws has been very supportive. I send in a claim form with a copy of the bill and they PROMPTLY send the reimbursement. It is wonderful that they turn claims around quickly as the visits I mention are quite expensive. Their efficiency allows me to tend to my pet's recovery without previous time on the phone straightening claims out. I appreciate the service

I have been using ASPCA health insurance for my 2 huskies for years and they never disappoint me. The claim process is super easy and I've never had any problems with reimbursements. They even call you after they received the claim to see how your animal.is doing. The best health insurance out there.

Our dogs are like our kids so pet insurance was a must. Anything can happen, thats life, and when it happened, we were so glad that we had Embrace. They are great on the phone, no long waiting times, super friendly staff and the claims are reviewed in a very short time period, between 10-20 days. The representatives I spoke with couldn't be more helpful and the process couldn't be easier. The reps answered all of my questions and were so caring, patient and kind and what I thought would be a long drawn out process was as easy as filling out a form online and submitting it. You get emails with the status of your claim and the refund was directly deposited before I even had a chance to check my emails for a status update.When you find a company that cares, I mean really cares about your pet, you feel protected and it now gives me serious peace of mind that my dog will always have exactly what he needs when he needs it. ASPCA - definitely the right way to go !!!
I was unsure about pet insurance but I purchased it after speaking with the kindest woman at ASPCA. I went almost a full year without needing it until my dog ate a chicken bone !! Off to the hospital for tests and images and then a follow up appointment at the vet, Within days of submitting two very EASY claims online , a payment came from ASPCA. It covered everything the policy said it would and was prompt and direct deposited right into my checking account ! Very good decision to go with ASPCA !!!!!

I cannot say enough about ASPCA Pet Insurance... I have been a member for more than 6 years. My lab-golden mix, Austin, has IBD and has had several other issues over the years and ASPCA PET INSURANCE has been there for us every step of the way. Their customer service representatives are easy to reach, patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate and could not be more helpful when I have had questions. They offer prompt and accurate responses to every inquiry. I have even received follow-up calls after filing a claim asking how Austin is doing. Several plans are available and make sense. Claims could not be easier to file, as you can file online and upload a receipt in just a few minutes. I have even had my claim settled and received reimbursement in as little as two days! They deliver what they promise.
Recently my Sofia (a 12 year old bichon), had an infection in the eye. The vet examined her, made the diagnosis, treated her and wrote presciptions. The plan reimbursed us at 80%, which is what we expected.as always they handled the claim very promptly.
