Very happy with pets best insurance
Very happy with pets best insurance . Used this company with my first dog . So glad I had it. Unfortunately my first dog had many issues . Don't know what I would of done if didn't have this . My dog Ellie now has allergies. Claims are handled very fast . Have told many friends to use this company.

Excellent Pet Insurance!
My dog had to be rushed to Emergency Care where he was diagnosed with a flipped stomach (GDV) which can be fatal If the dog is not in ER care within a couple hours. It was very upsetting and the last thing I wanted to worry about was the high cost of the surgery and his care. His surgery was more extensive than I initially thought and he had to stay at the clinic for several days after. His claim was covered and I received my payment from Embrace quickly - the one thing I didn't have to worry about was our coverage and surgery. Thank you Embrace!!!

Great coverage
I have multiple dogs covered with ASPCA insurance and it is great! The coverage is excellent. But, just as important, the customer service is great. I always get my questions answered quickly, claims are easy to file, and they are responded to quickly as well.

Fantastic!!!
Have had this insurance for about four and a half years now. We bought it when we got our first dog and then when we added a second furbaby we added it for him and I can say I have been nothing but happy with them. Thy are very reasonable, their customer service is very friendly and my female just had surgery for a torn ACL and they were quick to review the case and settle it for us. Did a lot of research on a lot of different options for pet insurance and they have lived up to everything I read and am very happy we chose them to be our insurance carrier for our fur babies.

I've subscribed to ASPCA Pet Insurance for several years, and never had to make a significant claim until recently. My cat, Abby, is an outdoor cat. Everyone in the neighborhood loves her. However, a new cat moved into the area and threatened Abby's territory. There was an attack by the new cat and Abby sustained several bites on her neck. Two of them became very infected, so, I took her to the vet. the process of healing began. The cost was very expensive. That's when I made a claim to ASPCA Pet Insurance, and received the help I needed to pay for Abby's care. The application process is so simple and easy. Plus, they are quick to make a payment. A kind man called to make sure everything went well, and asked if I had any questions. Not only that but the premiums are very affordable. Therefore, if you have a pet that is like a family member, then, for peace of mind, you should purchase ASPCA Pet Insurance. You will not regret it!

Healthy Paws - Exceptional Service!!!
I can’t say enough good things about our Healthy Paws experience! Unfortunately our young shepherd didn’t make it through a fast moving bout with encephalitis, as we racked up over $4000 of vet bills over a period of 3 days. Healthy Paws honored everything their plan says it covers and they did it in a very expedient manner. Each claim we submitted, they processed within 24 hours and we received our checks within a week. Also, when they noticed on one of our claims that our pet had to be euthanized, they automatically closed his policy and sent a personalized condolences note along with well wishes for our other dog. In reading some of the negative reviews given to Healthy Paws, several sound like they were misunderstandings of the terms. This is not a preventative maintenance/wellness plan. It is an insurance plan designed to cover unexpected situations that arise with your pets. Healthy Paws covered our prescriptions, diagnostic test and any other treatment associated with the care of our pet during these difficult times. They do not cover exams but that is clearly stated in the contract. I recommend Healthy Paws to anyone seeking quality pet insurance. Sign up early while your pet is young and healthy. You will have the peace of mind knowing that you can allow your vet to run the gamut of tests necessary to diagnose your pet properly while being protected financially from any unexpected issues that arise with your pet in the future. Embrace has incredible coverage for the price. They have a very quick turnaround in claims and the customer service has always been top notch, in any department I've dealt with. VERY pleased with them over the 6 years we've been with them.
