Embrace is great, a must have as a pet owner.
Embrace was the best choice we made for our English Mastiff, Lambeau. Lambeau suffered from chronic kidney failure, but Embrace allowed us the opportunity to give Lambeau the best treatment available to help manage his disease, and extend his life as long as comfortably possible. Without question, we were able to spend extra time with our big pup that probably would not have been possible due to the extreme costs of medical supplies/medications, hospital stays and treatments which costed in the range of $10k. Would highly recommend Embrace to any pet owner out there. Worth every dollar.

Very responsive staff, fast claim turnaround.
A little clumsy (on my part) initially. I was submitting a wellness claim and decided to submit additional background info on our shelter pet while I was at it. I wasn't able to indicate that it was merely informational, so Embrace processed the support docs as claims and obviously declined them because they occurred prior to enrollment in our policy. After an exchange of personally written emails the confusion was straightened out, and my wellness claim was ultimately approved. I was impressed with the prompt personal responses I received from the staff, and look forward to working with Embrace in the future.

I made my first claim to Embrace after having a policy do months for my 3 dogs equaling almost $100 a month... Embrace was extremely split and it took almost a month to get a check that I still have not recieved... I have herd such great things but am extremely disappointed with my service with them...

Always easy to work with!
We have had Embrace for several years and can tell you it pays for itself. We have always been very happy with the service and their attitudes. We have had a major surgery for one of our dogs and had multiple accidents covered with no issues on reimbursement. We will continue to cover our dogs as long as they live.

Great help during a difficult time!
My dog, Abby, was recently diagnosed with DCM. Before the diagnosis, I had never placed a claim with Embrace. Needless to say, the bills added up quickly. During the entire process, every Embrace representative listened well, described info that I needed thoroughly and seemed to truly care. Once the documents were uploaded, payment was processed in the described timeframe. There were a couple of claims questioned but once the necessary paperwork was receive from the vet, the claim went through smoothly. I highly recommend this company!!

Easy claiming and very good coverage
It's so easy to place a claim through their online site; fill out a few lines, scan receipts and send. They always process my claim promptly. The payment is posted into my account in a few days. It only takes less than a week for the whole process. I'm very thankful I can get the peace of mind by such a small amount of monthly payment. My younger daughter first purchased this pet insurance for her two doggies which was recommended by her vet. She recommended it to me for my cat. Now my older daughter has this insurance for her dog. We are all very happy with this pet insurance.

So glad I signed up our dogs for insurance!
We had a very scary event with our 6 year old Flat Coated Retriever. She suddenly started retching and panting for air at 9:30 at night. She had to have emergency surgery for GVD and bloat. Knowing we had pet insurance gave us some comfort in signing for her surgery. Had no idea how much you guys would really cover and have to say I am pleased that you covered about 70% of the costs. The claim process is very easy and you reviewed our claim in a timely manner.

The absolute best customer service. Speedy claim processing, a representative always calls to follow up and ask how our dog is AND the reimbursement is consistently fantastic. Never thought I would post a review for insurance let alone a positive one. Best thing we ever did besides getting the puppy.
