The Company with a Heart
Every time I called Trupanion to ask questions about the policy before I enrolled, I was treated with kindness, patience, and a knowledgeable answer to my question (unlike one company I was considering hung up on me when I called). I was NEVER pressured to take out the insurance. And I really like the fact that Trupanion is available 24/7 to take calls.

Trupanian is a trusted friend like my dog
I am writing for Erwin since He is unable to care for his dog like you used to I know with the caretaker of Beau The 10 Your old Labradoodle that was in need of Of a biopsy to clear up an allergy infection and subsequent injections of antibiotics which took care of his problem and truepanian was there along the way With the financial and moral support needed they were very quickly And we're on it and every way possible I have used drew panian for the past 10 years with my other dogs and they've always been a great support system and Fair and understanding . Excessive emails yto start a claim
Every time we have a claim with Healthy Paws there is always excuses. They claim to never receive the email when I receive a email telling me the claim was received. Or the email claim was "smudged" or eligible. Problay have had 5 claims and have had problems on all of them. After hours spent on the phone I usually get them resolved but I have no more patience.
