I wouldn't think of ever using another company
I wouldn't think of ever using another insurance company for my little Olivia (Livy). She is a rescue I adopted after my Jack Russell passed away from kidney disease, and was also insured with PetsBest. PetsBest truly is my pets best when it comes to insurance.

Simply the best!
I wish I could rate my overall experience with an Embrace as an 11 but it seems that isn't possible. All my research paid off when choosing embrace. My little Bella has had her fair share of health issues and Embrace has truly gone above and beyond to ensure she is always in good hands. From check-ins to follow-ups and everything in between I feel beyond lucky to be in the hands of such a fantastic and legitimately caring company. Thank you Embrace for everything. Healthy Paws saved my dog's life
We owe Healthy Paws a big thank you. Without them, we would not be able to provide the level care that we would want for our dog. Gizmo got a lepto infection that caused his chronic kidney disease to worsen. Subsequently, this caused secondary issues with his liver and GI tract. Poor pup spent a week in the hospital, and later returned after being discharged due to relapse. We were incredibly thankful for Healthy Paws insurance. With Healthy Paws, we could focus on getting our pup better instead of worrying about the finances of it all. They covered thousands of dollars in his hospital bill and medications. They even checked up on him after he was discharged. It was such a nice and thoughtful gesture! Submitting a claim was super easy and fast! I used the app. With the needed documentation, the claim went through in a matter of days and received the check a week later. I have nothing but praise for Healthy Paws! They really are the best.

I have had a good experience with …
I have had a good experience with ASPCA. The range of plan options they offer now is good. The member portal has made it very easy to submit claims and the direct deposit option makes everything very easy. They pay quickly. I receive calls from them every now and again to check on my animals especially if something large has happened. This is a nice touch. As with all insurance I wish more was covered, but it may also be a result of my plan choices.

I Phoned Petsbest On May 24Th At ...
I phoned PetsBest on May 24th at 5:49pm to cancel my cat's policy, after my sweet 17 year old cat Mocha passed away on May 20th. I spoke to Jen, and appreciated her compassion and patience. When she asked if there were any claims they could expect, before she cancelled the policy. I told her there was only cremation, since she passed away at home. She suggested I file a claim, and that it would be reviewed to see if the cremation would be covered. I had not planned to file the claim, thinking it would not be covered. I did file the claim and it was partially covered. Thank you. And the sympathy card to acknowledge Mocha's passing was unexpected, but very thoughtful. I appreciated it. Thank you PetsBest. I Am Disappointed Only In The Price Going Up
I am disappointed only in the price going up! I feel the pkg. I chose should cover more. Ana is 12 now and was considered a senior at age 7. Just as humans' go through, so do our family pets. I believe in wellness and preventive medicine to keep her healthy. If a condition comes up new, it should all be covered. This is the idea of having pet insurance to make sure she stays healthy. She is due in 6 mos., for routine blood work and I do hope this is covered. As I can no longer take her to the vet's for her needs, they make house calls, which is the same as taking her, and should be covered. Thank you for your assistance! Rosanne M Lyskawa

I Have Had Pet Best Insurance For...
I have had Pet Best Insurance for many years. My dog was in bad shape from abuse when I got her. Because she needed a lot of medical help I reached a maxim amount that I could claim and lost that coverage. I went to a Wellness and injury coverage and it has helped cover her vet bills when she needs her yearly checkup and shots. I keep this coverage as she is 10 years old and there is always the possibility she will need the accident coverage. Pet Best Insurance has been very reliable during all these years and I recommend them to anyone with pets.

I Had Never Had Health Insurance ...
I had never had health insurance on a pet before. When we got our new puppy, I was determined to find something to help with the expensive vet bills having a pet now entails. Our vet recommended your company. I received over $80 back in claims, which paid for the premium for a month!!! I think I'm getting a good value.
