Excellent Service!
Rufus who had never been sick suddenly starting health issues that required medication and a special prescription diet. I filed the claims and received prompt payment exactly and it paid exactly what it said it would. This was not how it had worked with my previous carrier. I am so pleased to have the confidence and assurance that if either of my pets have a sickness they are covered by pet insurance that works! This is especially important since we are retired and on a fixed income. Veterinary expenses can be quite high and without ASPCA I would not have the peace of mind I have now. Thank you! I recommend it to everyone I talk to about dogs and I work with a rescue so that's a lot of folks. I hope they take advantage of this very important service.

Embrace saved Gracie's life
My Golden doodle broke her L front wrist and needed to have it fused, bone grafts and months of recovery. If it had not been for the fact that we had insured her with Embrace we may have needed to put her down due to the high cost of the surgery and post op care.Embrace was wonderful. We always received checks within 10 days of summiting the bills. We could take care of Gracie and get her back on her feet without worry of how to pay the bills. I tell everyone about Embrace!!!

Quick reimbursement on first claims
I just switched pet insurance companies, and within two months my older cat got very ill. The vet initially thought it was bladder cancer, but it turned out to be feline lower urinary tract disease that presented differently. I used up my deductible quickly with all the tests, and then the insurance kicked in. The claims have been easy to file and I've been reimbursed quickly. I chose the drug coverage and the only thing I was disappointed in not being covered was an expensive anti-diarrhea medicine that turned out not to be a prescription drug. Embrace was the least expensive insurance I looked at, so I was worried they would be very picky with the claims, but that has not been the case.
