Experience itself wasn't bad.
Experience itself wasn't bad. Just trying to understand what I pay over $200 a month for my pets and then claims aren't paid. The outcome of my recent claims will determine if I continue to insure my pets with Trupanion.

I have a pet on Trupanion that has had a lot of medical issues and Trupanion hasn't paid for a penny of it. While Trupanion's position is supportable, it's pretty weak. I'm not impressed with what appears to be self-serving analysis and thus would be unlikely to recommend Trupanion.
