Great service.
Great service.I often disagree with your pre-existing condition exclusions. Had a puppy at 10 weeks. Signed him up right away. Took him in and he was itchy. Now whenever he has a skin problem, including a staph infection, when he obviously didn't have as a puppy, it's pre-existing. That's why I took Hercules off Trupanion because everything, you said, was pre-existing. Other than that, service is good. And thank goodness now we can submit claims on line!!

Finding out that only part of 2 months worth of a prescription diet was covered was a bit disappointing.
Finding out that only part of 2 months worth of a prescription diet was covered was a bit disappointing. There are several conditions where diet trials of a few different foods are required before you can find one that works. The rep I spoke to didn't actually look to make sure I had used up my entire "budget " on prescription diets. He just stated that that was likely why my new prescription diet wasn't covered at all.
