I was hoping to have a positive experience this time with a large dollar claim that I submitted.
I was hoping to have a positive experience this time with a large dollar claim that I submitted. I had to call because it was overlooked in my fax. The representative assured me that the large dollar claim witll be sent for processing as soon as possible and apologized for it having been overlooked. I was hoping not to have issues such as this because this is a financial hardship for me. The small dollar claim included in the fax was paid quickly.

I think that office visits due to an eye injury should be covered, not a regular visit, but a necessity due to an injury. Also there were deductibles taken out. The insurance seems to be mainly for catastrophic situations, injury and illness; no office visits, vaccinations, or neutering are covered.
