So Happy!!!
I am so happy with my pet insurance. I started coverage on my husky mix in December/January. Ended up being divine intervention. In May he blew out his ccl (acl) requiring a tplo. I submitted my claim 2 days after his surgery and had a check within 2 weeks. Needless to say, I'm a fan for life!

Fast and Caring Service
I've had many dogs, but never pet insurance. I decided to try it with our new puppy. I have been 100% DELIGHTED with Hartville Pet Insurance. It's easy to file a claim, and claims are paid very quickly. I was extremely impressed when Hartville called to make sure my puppy's UTI was resolved. My own doctor doesn't do that!! I would highly recommend Hartville Pet Insurance...and have to all my friends!!

Happy with Healthy Paws
I ve had Healthy Paws for almost two years now. Happy with the service. Although they are not covering the cost of the visit itself, its still a good coverage for major medical expenses. Claim submission process is easy, processing time is reasonable.

Great Company--Great workers!
I received a notice that the company was going to increase my billing by almost 50%(!!!) and started looking elsewhere. However, throughout my search I decided to contact the company to see if they could help, and boy am I glad I did! I did a live chat with Kendra C. She was awesome! Not only did she upgrade me to an unlimited coverage plan, but she helped me regain control over the cost. In addition, I got sidetracked and had to step away from the chat window for almost two hours. When I re-started, there she was! She even said if I hadn't gotten hold of her in the next hour, she was going to call to make sure I got my questions answered and my coverage changed. Claim-wise, my puppy fell in a crevice mid-jump and broke her hind leg. Not only that, but she needed surgery, rehab and lots of drugs to keep her quiet during recovery. Pets Best was great. They paid claims on time and in full, there wasn't ever an argument over what was covered, and I appreciated the professional nature of their service reps when I had to call with questions from the Vet. Definitely recommend! When you enroll, contact Kendra C! She's so nice. :-)

Pets Best is the BEST!!!
Extremely pleased with Pet Best Insurance. Thankfully this was the first time I have had to file a claim. From the first call to customer service to the direct deposit of benefits everything was exactly what was explained to me. I will never go without having Pets Best for my Hemi. Oh did I mention they reimbursed all but my deductible and my 10% no other company I have used prior has done that. Thank you to all of you at Pets Best your are the BEST!!! Maria and Hemi

Back in 2015, my oldest cat, Guinness developed a stone in his bladder. Being a 13 yo cat, I was quite worried about him having surgery. He came thru like a trooper and has done well. Then earlier this year (2017) he had some calcification in his kidney and had to have an ultrasound. Everything turned out well. Guinness is on a special diet and has to take medication. Not having to worry about the bill during the first surgery only left me to worry about my little guy. ASPCA insurance gives me a great sense of security.

Embrace is WONDERFUL
Excellent coverage. Claims submission and processing is very smooth. Customer service is excellent. Considering that you work with them during very stressful times, they truly make your life easier.
