Thank God for Trupanion!
Our dog Beijing has had pancreatitis, and a heart murmur for a few years now, and in April was diagnosed with lymphoma. Trupanion has paid for just about everything. The checks are processed very quickly and once diagnosed they cover 90% of just about everything. I seriously don't think our dog would still be with us if it weren't for Trupanion as these conditions are very expensive to treat. We would not be able to afford the care she needs. Our five year old English bulldog, MacGruber, is like a family member and unfortunately had quite a few health problems. He has had to have two knee surgeries, two breathing surgeries, and various eye procedures on top of a number of medications he takes for skin allergies. We were lucky to have one of MacGruber's veterinarians recommend early on we look into Trupanion as they provide it to their full staff. They have been a tremendous help, covering 90% of all these operations and medications. Without their coverage I'm not sure what we would have done. To top it off, they are also extremely fast in processing reimbursement requests and very friendly when we call with a question. We recommend Trupanion to every single pet owner we meet. It was one of the best financial and most importantly care decisions we could have made for our little guy.

Reliable, helpful, caring.
I've had this insurance for several years. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The claims are processed efficiently and are easy to file. I have recommended this insurance plan to friends. I appreciate, too, that they give me a follow up call after a claim to ask how my dog is doing.

Was a little disappointed at first
Had to call customer service twice to find out what was taking so long. Not sure what happened. Embrace advised they contacted my vet for previous health records. My vet advised request was not received. I called my vet to fax records. Customer service personnel was polite and friendly.

After researching several pet insurance companies I chooseEmbrace for my 12 year old lab. We have found the coverage has been a life saver for him & even at his age the monthly rate less than what many spend on a dinner out which we would easily give out up to have insurance for him.
