Best Pet Insurance-Embrace!
I wanted to Thank Embrace Pet Insurance for understanding our loss of our Dog, Bobby. Embrace pet insurance was mourning with us and did our claim within a timely matter due to the cost of over $2k. Claim Was For Neuter And Microchipping
Claim was for neuter and microchip and tooth extraction. With my coverage - accident and wellness - the pets best team didn't deprecate the different types of procedures which were all done on the same day, and I was at first denied. I should not have to call to contest my claim which is very simple and straight forward. I had a very pleasant experience on the phone with your representative, and the claim was covered in the end, and I got a nice friendly call back from the same lady apologizing for the mistake. I am yet to receive payment.

My 9.5 Years Old German Shepherd ...
My 9.5 years old German Shepherd dog had a severe glaucoma and had to have an eye removal surgery. We were so sad for him. However, after his surgery, he gets much energy and happier than before. Also, whole surgery bill was covered!! The claim amount was $1210.61 and the amount paid was $955.88!!!! We are glad that we have Pets Best insurance and so happy this result.

I used to have a lot of issues submitting claims online (it would never let me upload the invoices), but I was advised of the app and now I can just snap a picture of the invoice and submit the claim from my phone. It literally does not get any easier than that!

I love having Trupanion to help with my veterinary care for my two dogs. Although I do wish they would cover the consult fee and taxes. They are always willing to work with me regarding payments if I can't make it on time.
