I have two dogs . This pertains to my Chihuahua. Our old guy developed severe bronchitis and was a very sick dog. This year has been trying for the old guy. Embrace has been there for most of it. Great company to deal with.

Best pet insurance.
We have had Embrace Insurance since our Leonberger was a puppy, he is now 4 yrs. old.They are an excellent company to deal with .Our dog was having some lameness in his front leg that needed some extensive testing x-rays,ultrasound and pain meds, which is quite expensive considering he is 150 lb. dog.Processing a claim with them is quick and easy,with a very fast turn around time. I can't say enough good things about them. A must have for any pet owner.

When my husband and I decided to add our first dog to our family of 5 (We have 3 kids) we were told by almost everyone who owns an English Bulldog to be sure and get a pet insurance policy. Being a first time pet owner, I was skeptical. Fast forward a year and our bulldog had an intestinal blockage and needed life saving emergency surgery. The entire time during his multiple trips to the emergency vet for X-rays, diagnosis, and eventually surgery I was on the phone with Embrace, "Is this covered?" The representative that assisted me, Diedre, was very sensitive to my concerns and walked me through the claim process. Our dog is healthy again and Embrace reviewed and paid the claim directly to us within 2 weeks. No hassles. The only hassle we had was with the vet sending the paperwork to Embrace. For us, the pet policy paid for itself 9 times over in the first year alone. I can only imagine what is next being a pet owner, but it's the best advice I ever took to go through Embrace to insure our English Bulldog. Thank you, Embrace, for making this a seamless process and decision for us. If you're on the fence about Embrace, I recommend you get your Policy now. The entire surgery was $5,200. How's that for an unexpected surprise?

So Thankful for Trupanion!
My German Shepherd was 20 months old when we found out she had elbow displaysia in both elbows requiring surgery. Trupanion was true to how they advertised themselves; payment was prompt and the staff was friendly and helpful while processing the claim. Thank you Trupanion!

Worst company ever
We have now had 3 claims with Trupanion and in each case they have found a way to deny the claims. Spending $3000/yeah for what we see as a waste of money. It appears they will try every approach to get out of paying and will only pay when every option to deny is exhausted. Waste of money

Fast, reliable, easy to use
Healthy Paws is fantastic. I had VPI Pet Insurance before and they had denied my claim for a bogus reason. I terminated that plan and looked for a new insurance provider. Found Healthy Paws and so happy I did. I have insurance for my cat and dog. My cat got sick recently and it was so stressful. I was afraid my claim would've denied based on bad experience with VPI, but luckily Healthy Paws was so responsive and processed my claim within days. They are amazing and so nice to deal with. I wouldn't go with any other company.

Healthy Paws went above and beyond for me
My cat Artemis had a severe ear infection and needed to go to our regular vet an a specialist multiple times. Healthy Paws has been great and I appreciate all of the help I have received. They not only made the initial claim process easy and intuitive, but their customer service was beyond reproach. They made my billing with the specialist easy through the use of a direct pay arrangement and were courteous, prompt and friendly in both their emails and phone conversations. The biggest reason for me to write this review is for their stellar customer service. They not only made the process easy, but also took the time to follow up after the procedure was done. Their kind email sealed the deal on a wonderful customer service experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any pet owner out there. The hope is to always have a healthy pet, but when they do need help Healthy Paws is without a doubt there for you. Side note: Artemis is doing great and is recovering well. She is on some medication now and we have a follow up in 3 weeks to ensure everything is all clear.

i am very disappointed
I had dealings with your staff which was pleasant. however I feel have the insurance may not be right for us. because the coverage is not for older animals. I am paying the amount agreed upon, but there are limitations due to preexisting conditions. it would be better if I just save the money.
