Predatory Price Increases
I have been with this policy for over 3 years, the first 2 years the annual increase was minor and controllable with policy adjustments. This year, they have increased my monthly policy by 90%. A near $100 a month increase. I would never recommend this policy to anyone. Normal increase per year looks like 10-15% with age and inflation. Over 90% is absolutely insane.

Best Protection for Medical Bills
Having MetLife for my dog is the best protection I can have for pet care. It certainly took the worry out of paying for a $5,000 hospital bill when my dog had pancreatitis ! I am one satisfied customer.

Easy, Comprehensive, and Affordable
The application process was easy and clear. I'm happy with the very comprehensive coverage option available to me, and find the price of even the highest / most comprehensive plan to be reasonable, in comparison to what I've spent per year on medical treatment for my previous dogs.
