Our Maltese was very sick and had iv fluids and tests to find out what was wrong during a week long time. They paid us in a reasonable time.

Pet Health Insurance…
The person who I spoke with to enroll was very helpful and patient. I am relieved to have some medical coverage for my cats. It is a relief to know that they will be covered for any medical issues and illnesses that will no doubt happen in the future. I also have another slightly older cat that I would like to enroll in the future. She has a dental issue that probably will not be covered because it is a preexisting condition. I wish that your company would cover some preexisting conditions. However, I am glad that my other two younger cats who don’t have any health issues now are covered. Veterinary care is expensive and our pets are members of our families and we want to be able to afford good care for them. Sincerely, Doreen Simjian

To Whom It May Concern, I brought home a sweet Havanese puppy named Peanut from a local breeder who had been breeding for over 30 years. We instantly fell in love with him. Although, I was initially unsure about getting pet insurance, I ultimately decided to move forward with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and I’m so glad I did! A year later, Peanut began having seizures and was diagnosed with epilepsy. I reached out to the breeder, who assured me that in all her years of breeding, she had never encountered a dog with this condition, Peanut was her first. As time went on, Peanut was also diagnosed with liver disease, then heart disease, and most recently, bowel disease. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. To date, Peanut's has had over 220 claims. Without insurance, I can’t imagine how I would have managed the financial burden. Not only does Healthy Paws consistently and efficiently cover claims, but they also take the time to check in on Peanut. They treat him like family, and that level of care means the world to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone with a pet. Their support has allowed me to focus on loving and caring for Peanut, rather than worrying about overwhelming vet bills. Easy claim process!
Leo needed emergency surgery while we were in another state. We found an opthomologist who was able to provide the surgery. Submitted the claims and was reimbursed in a timely manner. Great service and the website was very easy to use.
