I've been dealing with medical issues…
I've been dealing with medical issues with both of my dogs lately and very unexpectedly. Both dogs have been covered with Embrace since I adopted them as puppies six and eight years ago. One recently had to have a double CCL surgery and the other is now going through a very unexpected cancer diagnosis and treatment plan. I had been frustrated with the recent monthly premium increase, but I'm so thankful I've stuck with this insurance company for my dogs. They've consistently covered these unexpected issues at the percentage agreed. I would not have been able to afford this on my own and would have had to make much more difficult choices for my beloved dogs.

I was sceptical I must admit, but once I submitted our first claim for our puppy’s illness I quickly changed my mind. Embrace reimbursed the cost within two days. Thankfully our puppy has recovered and is back to her normal spunky self.

WELCOME BRUCE
Since Bruce is new to our family and was in foster care for about 2 months prior to April 5, 2025, I don't have any medical records to share. From my understanding, before being fostered, he was in a home with an elderly person who could no longer take care of him. At the vet, Bruce received basic shots and was neutered and chipped, if he wasn't already when he arrived at Oberlin Animal Hospital. He originally was taken in to Oberlin on 11/20/24. It was noted that he was under weight, so the foster mom fed him 4 times a day to get him up to par.

I signed up with Trupanion 3 days ago after weeks of comparing many different pet insurance companies. So the only thing l can comment on at this point is Trupanion's enrollment process which quick & easy. All of my questions were answered during a 20 minute phone call & l signed up! Also, l have found Trupanion's website very easy to navigate.
