BEWARE! Your monthly cost will increase every year!
Just be aware that this company will raise the monthly cost of your pet insurance every year. My pet is 2-3 years old. Initially, my monthly cost for my dog was $109.61. After the first year they raised it to $150.38 and then again the next year to $244.87. Pretty disappointed and feel completely misled. Also, I pointed out to them that my dog never reached 90lbs as an adult (as wasexpected) which lowered my payment as my dog was now in the 50-90lb range. I called on the last day of the billing cycle and they said because I’m calling on the last day of the billing cycle they would not have this change go into effect until the next month. I asked if they could send me a check for the difference like most insurance companies do if you over pay and they refused. An extra $64 dollars for them that definitely is not warranted. Keep in mind I already overpaid them every month as my dog never reached the 90lb adult weight. I just want people to be aware that this company will raise the monthly cost you are quoted. They will say the increase “is keeping with the trends for pets in your area.” In fact, I’m expecting another increase this July if the “trend” continues!

Absolutely the worst Pet Insurance Company! Filed a WELLNESS Claim and they denied it even though it was covered. I have sent in the Invoices 19 times and they say they can't read them, but I sent the same invoices to other people and they are just fine. SPOT PET INSURANCE IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE!

I feel the policies are too expensive, too many pre existing, cannot get thru on the phone line, FAQ's page is worthless
I feel the policies are too expensive. Instead of giving you all 160 dollars a month I should have put those monies in a bank account since most things you claim are pre existing. After one year of coverage, I submit a claim for $206.00 and I find out I have a $500 deductible. Secondly, I tried to call and was on hold for 20 minutes prior to disconnecting. Lastly, after going thru the website to submit the claim it kicked me out and make me complete it all over again. Horrible experience, I will be discontinuing coverage with you all, with more thought about all the exclusions you have on my two pets makes sense to just save the monies and put in an acct.
