Wonderful First Claim Experience!
This was our first claim after 7 years. All we did was give our vet the Trupanion information and everything was taken care of from there! We were so happy with how easy and fast Trupanion took care of our claim.

Eased my worries during a stressful time
I made my first claim on my senior cat after having ensured her for several years, unsure of how much exactly would be covered as this was a large vet bill and my first time using pet insurance. I was overwhelmingly surprised and grateful about how easy it was to submit the claim and receive reimbursement. The entire process was so simple, clear, speedy, and made my life much easier during a stressful time in my life/my cat's life. She is now healing and expected to make a full recovery after her surgery, and I'm so grateful that thanks to Pets Best I wasn't worried about the monetary impact the surgery would have on my family. Would highly recommend for any pet owners, but due to my experience can particularly recommend for anyone adopting an older cat.
