It was a pleasure adding my new puppy to my policy at Fetch Pet Insurance with Amanda. She was vey personable, professional, polite and very informative. Very comprehensive coverage
Bobby answered all my questions & gave me additional info on how to reduce the waiting period for ligament problems. Even though it wasn't the least expensive, the coverage is so thorough that I switched from Pets Best (bad customer servicee) & AKC (for preexisting conditions but not a very comprehensive coverage). The trust pilot rating was a big consideration in my switching to Prudent pet.
