Excellent help for a first time claimant.
I'm not versed on submitting claims at all. So the representative that I spoke with explained exactly how I have to meet my deductible. He was very helpful and explained it well.

The MetLife Pet Insurance App is very easy to use. I like being able to take photos of documents and easily upload them. There was a very quick turnaround time for receiving my reimbursement.

Great Experience
I had researched several pet insurance policies and felt overwhelmed. I called Fetch and Laura was the representative I spoke with. She was very helpful and found a policy that worked for me. She explained all the coverage options. I was so happy with my policy, that I called back a week later to add a wellness policy to what I had purchased. Of course I asked for Laura!!

I had a problem uploading files for a claim, so I contacted Support. She walked me through the upload process again, and I still was not able to upload the files. She then walked me through what was needed to file the claim through email, and that went smoothly. I can honestly say the warmth of her personality came through in how she interacted with me, and this was easily the best support person I have ever dealt with.
