This has been great!
This has been great. Processing claims has been efficient and the service is worth the price. Having pets can be expensive and anything that eases the burden and offers peace of mind is money well spent in my humble opinion. Does it cover everything? No, but it definitely eases your mind and helps you avoid those situatyour where sticker shock can risk making pet ownership possible!!!

Pets Best Insurance
We have many pets in our household. Two dogs, five cats, and we also have a cat rescue (Lucky Meows NYC) with about 20 - 30 fosters. We insure all our personal pets with Pets Best and have been fortunate enough to not have to use it too often, but when we have uses them, we had no issues with our claims. We recently lost a newly adopted kitten and the claim was easy despite our sadness. We always recommend Pets Best when we adopt out new kittens and cats. They are very reasonably priced compared to some of the alternatives.

Every. Single. Time.
I have to submit SOAP notes just to get a claim processed? That’s ridiculous. I’ve had both of my dogs insured with MetLife for years, and the constant hoops I’m expected to jump through now are exhausting. For the thousands of dollars I pay annually, I shouldn’t be treated like I’m trying to cheat the system. The level of mistrust MetLife shows toward both me and my vet is insulting—and frankly, unacceptable. This company has become more trouble than it’s worth.
