Peace of Mind for My Fur Babies — Worth Every Penny!
I had no idea how much coverage my fur babies would need. I searched online, compared countless policies, and felt overwhelmed by the range of coverage and prices. I knew I needed to speak to someone directly. A friend recommended Nationwide Pet Insurance and raved about their service, so I decided to call. From the moment I spoke with my agent, everything became crystal clear. They provided straightforward information, transparent pricing (no hidden “oh, by the way” costs), and took the time to ask about my pets’ needs. Within minutes, I had a low, affordable monthly plan that covered both of my beloved “naked babies.” I was thrilled — we’re talking coverage for everything from wellness exams and vaccines to emergency vet visits, surgeries, and even deductibles. They explained exactly what was and wasn’t covered, leaving no confusion. Honestly, I spend more on DoorDash in a week than I do on this insurance each month. The peace of mind alone is worth it. And the reimbursement process? Phenomenal — quick, easy, and fair. I’m beyond happy to say that we are now proud members of the Nationwide Pet Insurance family. AWFUL insurance company with NO customer service
What a crappy insurance company, if you’re looking for a company that you cannot reach, that will not call you back, and will hold a Zero cost claim on your policy affecting your future rates. Then jump on board and sign up with these guys! I reported an incident in a parking lot where I was backed into, I was gauged at being half at fault - FOR SOMEONE BACKING INTO ME! This was a zero damage “claim” as it’s worded and it now affects any good rate, I may be entitled to. Since they are leaving Alberta (good riddance) I need a special letter to say that there was in fact no damage and no real claim. I’ve called several times and I have been on hold a lot. Today, I sat on hold for just over 2 hours, someone picked up the call, and held it for just long enough enough for business hours to be OVER then disconnected me. Now I have to piss about and call back again “during business hours” and hopefully I’ll actually get a live person who may or may not help me. Additional you get a generic response that outlines everything you've already done. Thanks tips, for the not so helpful "generic" b.s response. These responses validate my comments above.

Bait and switch
Paid premiums for a year.my neutered,vaccinated cat got sick for the first time in his life.when I submitted the claim,they replied,they needed his medical history. I resubmitted the claim with his records.this confused fetch,telling my I submitted a duplicate claim.no,I submitted the same claim with his medical records you requested.so after 3 months they deny my claim.telling me I didn't take my cat to the vet to the vet in the last 12 months. He wasn't sick.(a wellness check?)So they keep taking my premiums,and they can send me e -mails Telling me you deny my claim,but you can't send an email saying if you don't get your cat to the vet within 12 months, YOU are NOT COVERED!fetchs motto Always take the money.I'm not new to pet insurance just new to their Con game. I rarely post bad reviews but i couldn't let this slide,you've Been warned.
