They really paid
Like most, I was skeptical, but we bought it anyway. A year and a half later, our cat needed multiple surgeries due to cancer. $12,000 later, Trupanion approved around $10,500, after deductibles and a couple other things. My wife called them and they helped her submit and the claim was approved in 24 hours-ish. Unbelievable. Good luck getting that turn around with your car or homeowners. What's even more amazing, that we didn't know at the time, was the Animal Hospital is a Trupanion partner, so we wouldn't have had to have paid very much out of pocket. Now I know for next time. Having them pay 90% is such a weight off our shoulders. Having to deal with a sick kitty and worrying about money is tough. I can't recommend them enough.

$5000 bill for dental surgery? Covered!
Our two cats just had extensive dental surgery and we were very worried about the high cost and what pet insurance would cover. Since this is the first time we've had pet insurance, we weren't quite confident about the reimbursement. Fetch not only covered a huge chunk of the $5000 bill, but we got the reimbursement within the week!

Great pet insurance company!
Answer phone promptly, no long waiting time. Staff are courteous, helpful and know the policies. Had two previous policies with them and they processed claims efficiently and promptly. I have not found another pet insurance company that doesn't decrease cover as your pet gets older. Would highly recommend.

When I put a claim in, I get results within days. Whenever I call, I never have to wait long and they always are very helpful. I would say one downfall for my plan is they don't pay a lot for yearly appointments.

Medication Coverage
recently put a claim in for my heartworm medication for my dog. I provided the visit receipt for medication with date of purchase for my pet and response of payment was quick within a week. They kept me informed of policy of payment as well throughout the process.
Check old injury
I was concerned. Gracie was showing signs of discomfort from her injury with the coyote attack. They saw her and let me know everything was fine. I submitted a claim for the visit and within 10 days I was reimbursement. I am so glad I purchased this policy. They've paid for her surgery and all her visits.
