Amanda was great like literally phenomenal. She was very informative and very patient with me. I’ve had 3 companies to choose from (Fetch, Figo, and Lemonade). Customer service told me my claim was pending receiving the chewy invoice, so I submitted again only to find out later that day the claim was already processed and check was mailed to me. The 8 documents I submitted weren’t enough? I was upset.
