Quick and easy, not helpful when you most need them
We chose Embrace for our cats because of the USAA member discount. Pros: Embrace is easy to use, quick to respond, and generally quite clear about what they will cover. Cons: When we did have a big expense, they initially wanted to cover very little of it, claiming that the medical necessity was a pre-existing condition. Our vet proved that was not the case and they relented. Pet insurance's biggest selling point is coverage and help when you most need it. But this is an insurance company after all, and paying for your bills is not their goal.

Trustworthy and responsive company
Every time I have ever called with a question or concern, customer service has been extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. In the many years since I have carried this insurance for my dogs, I have always been very satisfied with my experience.

Got my money but won't refund for an extra insurance policy not supposed to be included
Although I appreciated the ease of obtaining a quote and obtaining car insurance I am still waiting for my refund of property insurance which was included in obtaining my car insurance which should not have been. I am getting no response from the initial conversation I had with a representative and the refund has not been received. Very disappointing and considering changing car insurance provider along with reporting them to Ministry for their lack of transparency and resolve on this matter.
