Trupanion, service, customer appreciation, timely processing and overall care for me and my fur babies is OVER THE TOP !!! Don't let anyone tell you another company can do better. Experience says, they can't. Thank you Trupanion, Lexi and Luther thank you too !!
When submitting a claim, I have a response before I even leave the vet counter. Actually, I usually have it before they do. I am so impressed with the way Trupanion has dealt with my claims, although very little is rejected they always take the time to discuss any concerns. I know that having the comfort of Trupanion insurance I don't hesitate to get my dogs the best care they can have. I don't have to worry that I can't afford a visit for "any" issues they have. Trupanion makes everything super easy and everyone we've dealt with is very kind. The reason I didn't go higher is because we continually see an increase in premiums and that is challenging.
Trupanion is the only pet insurance we would ever recommend, they were a big help. Was a,little disappointed that so much was not covered in such an emergency but it was a benefit getting the coverage we got. Also, from what we were told, Trupanion was the only pet insurance one of the hospitals would directly bill to. We were always contacted about rge status of every claim immediately.
Trupanion is extremely efficient and processes claims quickly.

Trupanion has great coverage and rates, but room for improvement
Trupanion has great rates and coverage. But, physiotherapy costs more per month (most other companies have it included automatically). Also, you can only decrease your deductible within the first month - would be nice to be able to adjust the monthly cost up/down throughout the life of the plan.
Trupanion has been exceptional, our pet doodle, Rossi has bone cancer.
We are certain she would no longer be with us without the excellent care she has received.
Trupanion has been with us every step of the way.
Rossi continues to enjoy a full life.
