The representatives
The representatives I had to work with a couple of reps. I sent in claims, and all supportive documentation (soap note a couple of days later). I had constant emails re missing soap note ( for two+ weeks). Finally resolved 2/11/26. Earlier I scope w/a rep re a med. The case reviewer did not understand “generic” vs “ brand name”… I walked the rep I was speaking with through that. And asked her to please educate the reviewer.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Pumpkin insurance is. My little Maltipoo Marina has been going thru some health issues and having Pumpkin has been such a blessing. Every claim I’ve filed has been paid very quickly, and everyone I’ve spoken to has been extremely nice and helpful. ❤️

Cassandra was extremely nice and she answered all of my questions. She was extremely well-prepared and very helpful in this process. It was obvious that she knew a lot of my questions before I even had to ask them, and it was clear that she knew a lot about nationwide and the insurance that I needed.
