Buddy's MRI
Our 12.5 yr old Golden Retriever Buddy needed an MRI to determine the cause of his hind leg weakness and mobility issues. MRI's are not inexpensive. Fortunately we have Pets Best Insurance for situations like this and we're so glad we did. We learned that Buddy has a bulging disc that is causing his problems. We have him on meds and rest but waiting for our follow up appointment to determine the next steps. Without Pets Best I'm not sure what we would have done. They handled our claims promptly and reimbursed us according to our policy. If you have a pet you should have Pets Best insurance.

Speedy response times for claims
I recently experienced an emergency with my dog inhaling a foxtail. It’s one of the worst things that can happen to a dog. Luckily, I got her to the vet early enough for the damage to be minimal but it was going to cost me thousands of dollars if I didn’t have Spot. Thank you so much!

Embrace Customer Service is Exceptional and Lani who assisted me was Fabulous. I had a question on my policy and Lani Listened, Which is unusual in today’s marketplace. After I was finished She responded and outlined my policy and how I should proceed to make sure my Family Member is comfortable and covered.
