Vince was my online assistant, and he did wonderful and fast at response time when changing my bio date. Fetch insurance is a great insurance company for your pets. They may not cover every single thing, but they cover most and they have wellness and sickness combined with most insurance companies do not offer and at a low price. Price gouging
I recommend any pet owner I know to get pet insurance; however, I will never be recommending Embrace. My monthly premium on my dog went up almost $20/mo….on my only THREE year old dog. They say the increase is due to inflation and age but I have a hard time believe inflation caused this much of an increase and my dog is not old. We have a few emergent visits this year, so I feel like even though they claim to not increase due to useage, they absolutely have. Unfortunately I’m stuck with them if I want insurance since now she will have to”preexisting conditions” as a new pet on new insurance.

"There's not much of a story to tell. The older of my two dogs (he's 3 years old) had his first annual exam since I signed up for the wellness plan for both dogs. I was a bit busy during the weeks between his exam and the day I actually filed the claim; but it was a much easier process than I expected. I probably would have submitted the claim much sooner if I'd known how simple it would be. It was less than a week later when I realized the benefit had been paid directly to my Care Credit account, and then less than 24 hours when I saw that the EOB was ready for my review. Having worked in the group health insurance industry for many years, I already had a good understanding of the claims process, but the EOB would have been easy to understand even without my knowledge."
