Best Pet Insurance Ever!
This pet insurance is a lifesaver! We got it when we adopted our dog. Everything was extremely easy to set up. The price was reasonable for the year (compared to if we went and did everything on our own), and when we needed to submit the claim, it was extremely easy with payout very quickly.

Absolutely useless. Find faults with covering anything at all
I've had 3 surgeries needed for my dog Tommy since I've had him. Trupanion has been absolutely useless.
I decided to keep them and I like to use the " 3 strikes your out policy" I've paid them so much over the years. And for them to only cover $48.02 on this last claim is a slap in the face. . I want my policy canceled immediately.
You haven't covered sh*t.

Always so easy and quick to work with!
I work in veterinary medicine so I know everything that could possibly go wrong with my dog. And unfortunately right now everything IS going wrong with my dog. I love having Lemonade in my back pocket because I never have to question if I can afford her care or not. They’re always so quick to process claims and answer any questions I may have, and the policy is so easy to understand. I recommend it to so many of my clients.

Trupanion has saved my dog's life a few times.
Trupanion has saved my dog's life a few times. At the end of her life, trupanion made things easy to figure out at a difficult time. Representatives always show they care and do everything possible to answer my questions. I reccomend trupanion to everyone I know who has a pet!

From the very beginning of recuing Andre I asked for the best insurance and I was told that it was your company. With this surprise about Andre's health you worked very well with the animal Care Center in Tucson which made our experience so easy . Everyone involved were so caring and loving.

I can’t express how much we appreciate Trupanion’s support for our dog Juno!
I can’t express how much we appreciate Trupanion’s support for our dog Juno! He was our everything! Juno was a yellow lab with a number of medical complications. He had spondylitis and a number of allergies. His medical complications were, at times, overwhelming. In the end he developed cancer at 7.5 years old, it was devastating to us. We had to say goodbye to our dearest family member.?? Trupanion will always be close to our hearts. They provided the best of care to our Juno. We are forever grateful and supportive!
