Interesting submission
Interesting submission. My dog had multi-day hospitalization and subsequent surgery. Each day had to be submitted separately due to multiple providers. Also, credits were issued; no way to submit those to clarify amount due in total.

Takes too long than other insurance…
Takes too long than other insurance companies to receive reimbursement. Also, company never seems content with the invoice for reimbursement

Painless process
At my pup's wellness visit, it was determined she may need additional dental work in addition to teeth cleaning. Shortly after that she had an accident and injured her leg. I was able to file both claims online, attach documentation, and request direct deposit to my bank account. I made the claims on May 14 and the funds were deposited to my bank account on May 21. The entire claims process was simple and fast. Just wish my pup would recover as fast as the claims process!

Is Pet Insurance Worth It?
I believe the turnaround time for reviewing a claim is fast. However, the reimbursement isn't that great. I'm considering just putting my money into a savings account. Seems much better. I pay over $175 a month in 12 months that is roughly $2,100.00 a year. My recent vet bill was $435 for his senior wellness exam. I was only reimbursed $175. Doesn't pay my credit card down at all. That's why I think it would be better for me to just put my monthly payment into a savings account. Then use that money to pay my vet bill. That will keep my credit card bill down.
