ASPCA always goes above and beyond
ASPCA always goes above and beyond. After rushing to ER with our older guy, and ultimately having to put him down, I submitted all of the invoices next day. Clearly not thinking straight I failed to get/include the itemized items that were needed. No worries. ASPCA handled every bit of it, and in their usual efficient and speedy way. As fate would have it, within a week, a rescue was given to us. A pup. And of course, ASPCA will be her coverage. They are amazing and we are so grateful to them!

Have to have physical exam or medical records in order to be considered
I get the Pet Insurance so that I can be able to go and do the things that I need to do for my animal so I can afford it. Just to find out that I have to go and pay for a physical examination first before you’ll even consider ensuring them, which is also covered by the Insurance no I didn’t end up going with a plan.
