First of all I have 2 claims on hold…
First of all I have 2 claims on hold for a month even though my vet said they sent medical Hx for over a week now. Secondly they were trying to contact a vet I don't use for over 3 years. When they claim team said they need medical Hx for the past year . I have sent many emails and no answer. Costumer services is getting worse and worse. Considering moving to another insurance because there is no communication at all.

Thank god for Pumpkin
This company helped me keep not only my bills down, but my peace of mind. My cats are like my kids and of course I worry about them. Pumpkin is a great investment, and one I didn't have to use for almost 5 years until my cat son decided he liked eating plastic. What could have been an overly expensive pet visit (think almost $1000) I only ended up paying a little under $500. You will not regret your choice of picking up pet insurance for your little family member.

Submitting a claim via the MetLife Pet…
Submitting a claim via the MetLife Pet Insurance app is extremely simple. I opened the app, started a new claim and took a picture of my invoice from the vet. That was done on Friday afternoon and I already received my reimbursement by Wednesday.

Crummy Customer Service.
I just got off the phone with Healthy Paws, the pet insurance company that takes the payment every month and doesn't give a whit about claims. Paul Morrisette, whoever you are, you have not bothered to address a problem with a claim I sent in. Then when I notified you that you addressed one invoice out of the three submitted, did you get back to me. Really crummy customer service. I have never used the insurance, just paid the monthly bill for years. Then, when I do submit bills, nothing from you.

You hope you don't need it, but you're so glad you have it
We have had Pumpkin Pet Insurance for our pup for the last 2 years. We got it for peace of mind and didnt need it until recently when our dog got sick. The Pumpkin team was very quick to reconcile and reimburse claims and has been great to work with. Would recommend to anyone on the fence about getting it.
