I have had great experiences using spot pet insurance for my pets. I have it for 2 of my cats and 1 of my dogs. I haven’t had an issue with coverage and my claims are completed pretty quickly.

Pets Best made the claim process easy
Pets Best made the claim process easy. Our lovely fur baby needed vey expensive care to resolve an injury. I called to see if I needed pre-approval and I was assured that if the care was necessary they saw no issue with it. I submitted the claims after her surgery and our reimbursement was approved very quickly. It would have been a terrible burden without Pets Best!

I don't like that the deductible is high, but nevertheless they followed through with their promise. Now I'll have to wait and see if I have any more vet bills, the reimbursement will be consistent.

I'm grateful that we have not had to use this insurance often, but it brings peace of mind knowing that if something serious were to happen to our dogs, we would not be faced with overwhelming costs.
