Quick and Easy Claim process after major surgery for our dog
Our dog had TPLO surgery for a torn ccl ("doggie ACL") and Healthy Paws was quick to process the claim and pay out the payment. It made a big big surgery much less stressful for us. Very happy with Healthy Paws and would recommend to Friends and Family.

Less than I thought would be covered is.
Less than I thought would be covered is...other plans pay better and cover more, I just chose Trupanion because my vet suggested it

I am very happy with the quickness that claims are settled and with your friend customer service staff. I am disappointed though, that your coverage does not include exams as this is turning out to be a big part of the expense with my cat's current condition. Other than that, your services are great.

After trying to get trupanion to pay what they are supposed to pay we still not getting paid and the customer service has been going around the claim with the intention of not to pay.

This is my personal experience so far with trupanion from Florida, but they charge my CC around the clock, when it was from Canada was perfect.
