Great Insurance
I filed my claims on Saturday, on Tuesday I received notice that the claims were completed! It actually took longer for the money to hit my account, (not Pets Best fault) then it took to complete the claim. Love this insurance! This is the best vet insurance I've ever had.
In a shocker, the site suddenly didn't work when I went to submit my claim
*Update to the below: I tried again a few hours later, and it still didn't work. I will admit to being extraordinarily frustrated at this point. That said-there is good news. When I got to my office this morning, I tried a fifth time, and it got through. I can't speak to if they are going to cover it or not, which I'll update if they do or don't, but at the very least, it seems whatever issues they were having with their submission portal have been fixed and my claim was able to be submitted. I've upped the stars to four on the basis of functionality; now lets see if the insurance I've had for seven years turns out to be honorable and legit. I did check my coverage (injury/illness) and I should be ok. Previous Experience: I have had them as pet insurance for more than five years and have never submitted a claim. I tried to submit my first claim this evening, three different times, and each time when I got to the "submit claim" portion the website would mysteriously stop working and say something was wrong and the claim could not be submitted, even though every other part of the process worked just fine. It feels like a delay tactic, like every insurance company ever-they do this kind of thing in hopes that the person filing the claim will just give up and not bother. I'll try again tomorrow, and if the site mysteriously stops working at the submit claim step yet again, I'm going to be fairly angry. This is what insurance companies do-deny, deny, deny. I really hope this doesn't turn out to be yet another insurance company scam.

Embrace- very impressive!
My pets have been covered by Embrace pet insururance at least for the last 7-8 years. They process claims very fast & they contact the vets office themselves to obtain the record too. I am very impressed by them. You cannot go wrong with Embrace. I am grateful they offer honest business unlike some other pet insurance businesses.

Knowledgeable and Honest Insurance Advisor
So thankful for Nadine's (Van Ness) knowledge, honesty, and patience assisting me in getting insurance for our Fench Bulldog, Lucy. I was on the fence, not sure it was worth the money, worth the "effort" (having to submit my own claims). My rational mind told me it was the right thing to do but the emotional me wants to believe that Lucy won't suffer breed-specific illnesses. Nadine shared some medical experiences with her bulldog, and said what I really needed to hear; that as a friend, as a fellow bulldog owner, I need insurance (whether with Fetch or someone else). She answered all my questions, took my order over the phone and highlighted the fine details that I likely would have skipped signing up on line. I appreciate ALL of that. Thanks for helping make the discission and walking me through the policy Nadine.

Bad experience autos and home…
They have had our autos and home insurance 10+ years.. I obtained an online quote for a vehicle and the online system said they will cancel my insurance next month as they do not insure that particular vehicle. I didn't choose to insure it with them, simply obtained a quote. When I called, they said I needed to prove this and that for my insurance not to be canceled, literally needed to jump through hoops and for what, being a good loyal paying customer? Then I had a tree fall on my shed and they paid cash for the repair of the roof. I got it repaired by a handman cash job. They said they needed a receipt and bill of materials or they'd threaten to cancel my insurance? I paid cash, no receipt, no bills.. Just very robotic,inhuman company just like you'd expect from Insurance companies. If you're looking for an insurance company to treat you like a human and be understanding, this is NOT it

Predatory renewals with absurd increases
They have the lowest rates, but each year they will double them for no reason. Yes double them. They count on you not switching. My insurance went from $1,200 a year to $7,500 a year in few years with no claim no accidents no change in risk. They just kept doubling until you notice and change. Its predatory, not in good faith and really intended to make them money purely on trickery.

Looking at what the coverage has to offer. Looks like it covers alot more then others. We have 2 we insured today. Next month we will be adding another pet also. We looked at the reviews and there was many that talked so highly of this company.

Stay away! It is a scam
Insured my dog 7 years ago with no problems and no preexisting conditions (which was their criteria). Have been paying my premium on time (almost $20,000 in the past 7 years). My dog is 16 years old, very healthy, for the first time took him to the ER for vomiting and dehydration. Filed a claim and Healthy paw denied my claim stating he has preexisting condition. It is untrue. They did not take the time to review the bill and trying very hard to deny any payments. This is the first time I am filing a claim for $2,300 (the cost of ER) and they are not paying. I have canceled my insurance with them. what is the point of having insurance? My dog was in good health up until last week, got the insurance for precaution as he is aging.
