I was very skeptical of purchasing pet insurance. After incurring some very hefty vet bills with our previous dog, I decided to buy policies for our new puppies. Our Doby has had two incidents where he needed emergency services and surgeries. Prudunt Pet was easy to send in claims and very responsive once they received them. Both claims were paid quickly. I will never go without pet insurance again!

If Only Bath Time Was This Easy—Thanks, Fetch!
If my three dogs could type, they’d be leaving this review themselves (but let’s be honest, they’d probably just drool on the keyboard). Fetch has been a lifesaver for my furry trio, and today Laura and Monica were amazing and so helpful! Both were patient, knowledgeable, and so friendly! SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY
Absolute worst customer service, when they can’t help/ don’t know the answer they just hang up. Also deny claims that are explicitly covered under the contract and again just hang up to avoid accountability. Do not buy this insurance.
