Recent claims processed as expected
The 2 recent claims were processed as expected. However, a previous claim was denied. I appealed the claim, but it was still denied. I don't agree with the decision. I am unsure if I will renew with Pets Best. I am looking at other options. I received my renewal, and I will make my decision before the due date.

Customer for life
I've never known anyone to actually use their insurance policies and benefit substantially from them. Unfortunately my Thor needed to make several claims which saved me a substantial amount of money to give him the best treatment care. I don't even think about whether to treat him or how much it will cost, just moving forward with excellent care for my best friend. AKC has earned a customer for life. Thank you.

Not Happy
I have switched to PetsBest 6 month ago. My dog was insured since she was 2 years old. Previous company was fine but they are going to raise monthly premium and decided to change company. Unfortunately my dog having allergies and took to veterinary and spent around $500 for 2 visit. I did filed claim on time and got $0. They absolutely horrible company. They simply doesn't want to pay. I shouldn't change the company. I am regretting now.

I’ve had this insurance for over 3 months and used it for annual exam and other wellness expenses. Easy to submit claims and processed in a timely manner. Customer service is very nice and helpful with questions. Happy I chose ASPCA.

Easy As Pie
Claims were super easy to file, and the they were settled quickly to our satisfaction. Our previous policy with ASPCA was nightmarish- always a lowball payment (usual and customary). Figo pays the Invoice amount, less your choice of deductible and Co Pay. Vet fees in our area are higher than other parts of the country, so Figo’s reimbursement structure is great. It’s hard enough when your pet is having major surgery and is very ill, it’s so nice not to worry about the expense of it all. Definitely a 10!

Pet insurance has been one of the best…
Pet insurance has been one of the best investments that I’ve made this far. My dog is 12 years old and she has been having complications lately, so we have seen the vet quite often over the last 2 years. The vet bills have been quite pricey and without the ASPCA I would not be able to maintain my dogs health. I’m thankful for them.
