Very Pleased
This is the first time that my wife and I have purchased pet insurance, and thank goodness we chose Healthy Paws. Our dog, Franklin, tore his ACL and meniscus and needed surgery. Throughout the entire process, encompassing all the initial vet visits, x-rays, and blood work, and going all the way through the surgery and after-care, Healthy Paws has been great in their outreach and support, as well as their reimbursements. I would highly recommend it to any pet parents out there.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is wonderful
I can't say enough good things about Nationwide. I have friends with other pet insurance that don't compare to Nationwide even a little bit. Kevin was the person I talked to about pet insurance and I have to say his customer service is the best!! I still call him when I have questions. He never makes me feel like I am bothering him or that my questions are stupid. He's very understanding and supportive. I have been recommending Nationwide to all my friends and family!! Great company to work with! Claims process is simple once you understand what is required. Customer service is very helpful when you have questions. I definitely recommend insurance for your pets. You never know what can happen and you want to be able to provide care without worrying about the financial burden. And I absolutely recommend Nationwide. Their coverage is outstanding.
