My Yorkie had knee surgery on June 11 still cannot get someone on the phone or return an email after submitting all invoices . V
I am reluctant to leave this review, but this cannot be the best pet insurance company or else it is a sad state of affairs. They don't do anything that could be considered good customer service, nothing.

I am so relieved that you help support the cost of what Coco has been going through these last 2 years. I dont know what I would of done without this insurance to help me reimburse on payments. These Vets are so expense and people dont get that all dogs get sick or need something down the road. I always recommend to anyone I see at the vet office and family/friends.

Very good experience so far.
I've only had one issue with them due to a misunderstanding, and they were very kind in resolving it when it came up. No problems with our claims. I got figo for all three of the dogs I've gotten in the past year because the dog I had before that was a money sink disaster. I'm very glad I did, and I recommend them to everyone who is looking for pet insurance.
