I adopted a cat just before Christmas last year and immediately purchased Pets Best insurance for her. On the very day that the policy was active, she began showing symptoms of what I thought was a UTI. I brought her to the vet not knowing if the visit would be covered on day one of the policy. That day I received the sad news that my cat had lymphoma. Over the following 3 weeks before she passed away, she had an emergency visit, xray, ultrasound, and several medications and vet visits. The cost was overwhelming. I was concerned about the ease of the claims since everything happened so fast. Submitting a claim was so easy on the app, although there were several attempts that failed due to issues with the app. Eventually I was able to start the claims and from there Pets Best took over. They explained the benefits regarding what would be covered, what would go towards the deductible, and what was not covered by the plan. They also cancelled the policy and gave me a pro-rated refund for the annual premium. I received my refund and the claim payment very quickly. After a very sad situation, I was glad to have insurance to cover some of the cost. I would definitely use Pets Best again.

Wellness blood work & spay appointment for female lab
My wellness blood work bill was paid quickly -- less than 7 days to process and send in payment. It's been 8 days since spay appointment and claim is in process. I have no doubt that it will be processed shortly (there was a holiday in there), and highly recommend PetsBest insurance to my friends to insure their pets. Peace of mind is worth it.

"I've had to have a couple of emergency vet visits with my pets. Once my cat fell and fractured some vertebrae, another time I came home to find my dog throwing up blood. Each time I reacted quickly without worry because I knew I had insurance on them. I know that my claims will be handled according to my policy and that my pets are covered. "
