Superb!!
I had to submit 37 pages of Roxie's medical history for a year, and write the account number on each and every page, which was kind of a pain, but once the records were submitted I was very pleased at how quickly they paid off. The breakdown of what they paid, and what they didn't pay was very easy to read. I would highly recommend this company.

Mostly satisfactory but wish reimbursement was more
Customer service was good, ease of filing claims good, response and turn around time of reimbursement was very good, my only complaint was I wish more was covered, I had to spend near $4000 from several visits and procedures, and about $2000 was covered so obviously I wish more was covered and there is a possibility I will have more claims....overall my dog coco is healed from one thing and doing better from a foreign object in throat that caused inflammation and mucus discharge, and will soon begin treating Cushing disease
