Best Pet Insurance Ever!!!!
I wish my own health insurance was a easy and fast as filing a claim with Trupanion. The website makes it so simple to file a claim and the process is so fast. My dog had a tough surgery and Trupanion took the additional worry off my hands by making the claim painless.

Trupanion is the best!
At the same time I was dealing with Trupanion with one pet I was dealing with another insurance company with another pet. The difference was night and day. Other pet died and only good thing about that is I no longer have to deal with that company!!

It was confusing at first
It was confusing at first why my claim wasn't processed. It wasn't clear that I had submitted an estimate receipt not the final invoice. If they had stated the differences it would have helped me.

So nice not having a single worry
My cat Lilly started throwing up on a Saturday, and threw up about 8 times in a couple hours before we decided to take her to the emergency vet that night. They gave her fluids and an anti-nausea injection to see if things would pass, and she was good for about 48 hours. I came home on lunch from work that Tuesday and she was looking ill and not moving a lot and looking like she was going to throw up more, which she already had done that as well. We went back to the emergency vet and they did x-rays and found a foreign body in her stomach and suggested hospitalizing her overnight and giving her some GI drugs to help whatever it was to pass since it was unclear on the x-ray what it was. I called the next morning and they told me it had passed into her colon and the next time she used the litter box it should be gone! We were so happy. Throughout all of this though, it was so nice not having a single worry about the cost of what was happening and just being able to get her the best care at the emergency vet thanks to Pets Best Health Insurance. I have some costly bills in the past from before I had pet insurance and while it is always a worry when something is wrong with your pet, Pets Best takes the financial burden worries away and for that I am forever grateful to your company. Thank you so much!
