Worth the money
So, grateful we have chosen to protect our pet with insurance coverage. Cost shouldn’t be the deciding decision in keeping our fur baby with us.

Great team, Great Service, Best decision for your little angels!
We have two little angels of love. A maltese and a pit/boxer mix and both have plans with HealthPaws and I have never regretted the decision. I have filed several claims with HealthyPaws and the service has been transparent, quick, and efficient. The team has always been available to answer any questions both over the phone and online. Their price is very competitive and reasonable. I really love how easy it is to understand their plans. I highly recommend their service!

We HATE Pest Best!!!
Pet’s Best is more like Pets worst! They declined our claim after over a month of asking us for back up files. We took our dog to emergency 1 time in her life last month and she was diagnosed with Bronchitis which is fluid in her lungs. She was give medicine and she is now fine. They denied this claim based on ya taking our dog a few years ago to her vet for reverse sneezing. We appealed the claim with the Dr’s help and a letter saying these issues are un related and still nothing! We are canceling this policy and Visa is filing fraud against this based on our evidence they refused to do there part in our contract. She has no preexisting water in her lungs hence pets best failed us in contract. We felt the over 40 day process here and lack of communication to be terrible. We have another person canceling there policy too now. They were also denied an ER visit for no reason. They don’t care about pets. Only money!!

Bought for peace of mind but was a Waste of money
Bought the accident policy for piece of mind. My dog simply injured her front leg jumping and running over logs and forest stump while playing with another dog. She came limping up to me and had a limp for a week after. I waited 4 days to observe but thought I'd take her to the vet to get checked out. The vet (who we never met before as she went to another vet for shots and spay) noticed a bit of limping or lameness from the accident in the forest and said to leash walk and rest it. She also said these dogs are prone to elbow dysplacia and it it persists then she would look at that. The dog was fine within the week of her injury. My dog is extremely agile and solid I her stature. She is almost 16 months and has no issues with her joints. The pets plus said they would not insure this claim because it was an illness and possible elbow dysplacia??? I said you could hypothesis about any given ailment. When the vet said if it persist it could possibly be dysplacia which I immediately said no way if you saw her running and leaping around with no lameness or limp you'd know. I also said yo could write this dog may get cancer in 8 years too. Anyway this company would not cover a simple muscle train accident then I'd hate to see what they do in a major incident situation?? Waste of time and money the will deny most claims and find any loop hole.

Better than my human health insurance
Nugget had very invasive double TPLO surgery. ASPCA’s customer service was very nice, well spoken and made the whole process transparent and easy to manage. I would recommend Nugget’s coverage to all large breed dog owners.

Prompt service
Embrace quickly reviewed my claim. I received a message from the Claims Team with a person to contact if I had questions. The service feels as personal and as responsive as going to my veterinarian. Yay Embrace.
