After the initial problem of not matching my receipts to my account once things were sorted out the refund from the bills was quick and covered what we had expected.

Great for Dog Owners!
We got this insurance when our dog turned a year old and it ended up covering a large ER bill shortly after. The process for submitting a claim is super easy (you can do it from your phone!) and the turnaround time is less than a week. If you have a dog that frequently gets into trouble, this is a must have.
